Returns

We include a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label with every package to make returns easy & free (for customers in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia). You may return any TESH product within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery in their original packaging, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Residents of U.S. Territories or Canada cannot use this return shipping label; we suggest sending your return using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice.

Please follow the instructions found on the back of the packing slip to return an item. Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Refunds for returns will generally be issued to the original payment method.

TESH is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. You will need to return the package to obtain a refund.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

We will replace your TESH product within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty material or manufacturing. Please return your product as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.
